More companies are making this critical #TimesUp change for female employees

Time is most certainly up for some companies’ gender wage disparities.

Following #TimesUp, the influential movement targeting sexual harassment and gender inequality inside and outside the workplace, companies are reevaluating the wages they pay workers, a study released Wednesday by outplacement company Challenger, Gray & Christmas found.
